Offshore caisson removal campaign (Australia)
Delivered diamond wire saw and controlled boring and pinning of caisson conductors. Included onshore mock trials and crew training, reducing safety risk and enabling efficient recovery operations.
Caisson removal and structural dismantling (Europe)
Delivered full-scope caisson removal including FEED study, workpack development, lift planning, and execution. Scope included deck penetrations, lifting beam installation, diamond wire cutting, and controlled sectioning. Caisson was safely cross-hauled, segmented, and removed topside using precision cold cutting techniques.
Multi-string casing cutting and pinning (North Sea & Gulf of Mexico)
Deployed specialised cold cutting systems to drill, pin, and cut multiple casing strings and piles up to 48”. Delivered both topside and subsea (ROV-compatible) applications, achieving fast and efficient execution. Typical performance included drilling operations in ~15 minutes and full cutting in ~40 minutes, enabling safe and controlled lifting of complex casing structures.
