The PDO Sadad North Early Development Facility required chemical cleaning, lube oil flushing, pneumatic testing, and vacuum drying on a compressed schedule. The work needed to be executed during one of the most challenging periods for global industrial projects - COVID-19. With strict entry, quarantine, and site-access limitations, deploying a full specialist crew was not feasible. Yet the systems to be cleaned and flushed were critical to the plant’s commissioning path. Any delay risked impacting start-up integrity, workforce safety, and project costs. Enerflex, responsible for the facility’s EPC delivery, needed a partner capable of maintaining quality and safety standards while adapting to severe resource constraints - without jeopardising schedule adherence.
